Dianna Henry, creator of the online women's publication 'Dawn' has revamped her magazine style format to present a daily offering on her new website www.activewomen.com.au

"I've gone through another round of listening to feedback and revising and I've come up with something that I hope our readers will enjoy even more than Dawn Magazine," Dianna said.

The new website www.activewomen.com.au promises new content on a daily basis.

"It is in an easier to read format and there is the opportunity for readers to become involved by leaving comments."

"You can disagree with me, make suggestions and correct me to your heart is content," Dianna said.

"Some of the articles are contributed by guest experts. In these situations, you can ask the author questions and they can answer them," she added.

Some of the articles in this week's offering include one on Nicole Chester, wife, mother, teacher and open water swimmer who trains in the chilly waters off Victoria's coastline and occasionally teases the local sharks! The women's criterium series which has been organised by a women's cycling team - Balmoral Masters Women (BMW) with the assistance of Cycling Queensland and sponsors, including SheSpoke Cycle Wear, also features.

"The women's ages and levels of experience varied greatly, but everyone was catered for. Over 30 novice riders were involved in the 60 minute skills session and 15minute+2 laps simulated criterium race. And guess who won?? Our lovely cover lady, Margie Bale!" Dianna said.
