Be seen to be safe

I know the days are getting shorter as the early morning light in my part of the world has dimmed dramatically over the past few weeks.

Heading out at 5am for a training ride earlier this week meant that my bike headlight and rear flasher light were in full operation, whereas just a few weeks ago I could quite confidentially head out the door at the same time, with my sunnies on!
