How do I return an item(s)
To return an item(s), please include the tax invoice
(or a copy of)that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason
for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at
the top of the tax invoice.
Goods must be returned within two weeks of order
date - unworn and
unwashed. We will credit your original method of
payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

How do I exchange an item(s)
If you would like to exchange colour or style,
please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements,
and include $5 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery
within Australia, and $8 for re-delivery to New Zealand (credit cards
only).
Postage and handling fees are non
refundable.
If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your
first choice. For overseas exchanges cost will be at original freight
charge.
If you are exchanging an item/s please
make sure that your indicate the item name/number you wish to exchange for,
as well as the size and the colour information.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure
your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

Exchange and refund on custom made orders
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom made orders. Please ensure that the measurements you supply us with for your custom made order are accurate. All custom made orders are made to the measurements/sizing supplied by the customer.
