Do I need to be a member?

You don't need to be a member to place an order with us, however our members are able to place orders online enjoying a quick 'checkout' and many other benefits.

If you are not a member and wish to place an order online you can register with us when you place an order. You have the option available to become a member or not when you place your order.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

Members enjoy a quicker checkout with pre-entered delivery details. With discounts in delivery and online promotions, it is much better to shop online as a member. You can change your password for increased security, and reset it if you have forgotten it. We have a step by step 'checkout', which takes you slowly through simple screens to pay for your order and get it delivered where you want.

To access the shop on line facility you will need a password to access your member account. You use the password to 'sign in' and shop. If you register again on this site, you may lose customer privilages that maybe offered to you in the future, as it will create a new membership number for you and all your past order information and history will not be combined.

Important: E-mail addresses must be unique in our system, therefore, you can not register again with the same e-mail address. We send out receipt and order tracking information when you place an order. If you give us the wrong e-mail address, this information will not get to you.


Have you forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. You will need to remember your 'user name' (which is also your e-mail address) that was used when you created your account.
