How to place an order

Using the online order system is the most effective method to order your new SheSpoke garments or accessories, but if you prefer to email, fax or post your order through to us, there is that option open to you as well. We can also offer you the direct debit service if you prefer.

To fax an order

Simply scroll through the website products and accessories, choose the SheSpoke items you would like to purchase, then fill in the fax order form. If you live outside of Australia you will have to pay international postage rates, which may be found here. There is no charge to post garments from SheSpoke throughout Australia.

Your order will be dispatched the following business day if the item is in stock.

To post your order

Download the fax order form and nominate which products or accessories you wish to purchase, fill in your address, phone number and delivery address details and then post it, along with your cheque for payment to:

Your order will be dispatched the business day following your payment being cleared by the bank.

To email your order

Nominate which products you would prefer to purchase, add your credit card details, your phone number and delivery address and email your order though to us at customerservice@shespoke.com.au

Your order will be processed the following business day. Please note that we will verify that you have placed an order with us before proceeding with the order.

If you wish to use a direct debit/internet banking service then please contact us via customerservice@shespoke.com.au to organise.
